Alpinestars GPX Gloves

Alpinestars GPX Gloves Review

Price, protection & comfort are at their best combination with the Alpinestars GPX Glove. Some of the added features for this glove are visible, but we're going to go through them anyway.

  • Phenomenal impact & abrasion protection through the PU knuckle protectors
  • Leather construction
  • Extended cuff for moderate wrist protection
  • Stretch accordion insert over thumb for extended flexibility.
We're seeing these gloves hovering just about the $100 mark. For that price and this style, you're able to wear the Alpinestars GPX glove in the spring, summer & fall with great protection & comfort.

The only other thing to say about these gloves is the attached pinky. If you've never had a glove besides your baseball mitt have an attached pinky, it takes a little getting use to.

Most major online retailers carry the Alpinestars GPX gloves, so throw it into Google and see who has the best price & shipping options, then get this quality piece of gear.

Alpinestars GP Plus Gloves

Alpinestars GP Plus Gloves

This is a brand new glove from Alpinestars that has the durability & flash you're looking for. One of the most noticeable features is the third & fourth finger bridge, providing extra stability.

You can skid the Alpinestars GP Plus glove all around the pavement and it's one tough abrasion resistant glove. With a Kevlar(r) lining, we've seen that once they're broken in they are comfortable and protect for a reasonable price.

We'd compare these to some of the boutique gloves out there and the Alpinestars GP Plus gloves are easily worth the bang for the buck. We've seen the price below $190 for the glove. Seeing that it's an all season glove for almost anyone below the Mason Dixon line, you're going to get your money's worth and the GP Plus should hold up for multiple years.

Alpinestars Thunder Gloves Review

The Alpinestars Thunder glove  comes in five different colors; black, blue, red, brown & white.

There are a few key features to mention about this lightweight glove:

  • Knuckles are protected by carbon fiber
  • PU synthetic leather & mesh fabric used below the wrist
  • Padded inserts for the thumb
  • Extremely durable
  • Slightly badass
These gloves are a great fit if you're in the market for a spring/summer/early fall glove. They aren't going to provide you with the heated protection like a Gerbing glove, but Alpinestars Thunder gloves are able to protect & take a beating.
